great parks and local dining just steps away from everything
I stayed here for three nights and loved being just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Legion Park Farmers Market and Jimmy's Eastside Diner, which I visited for breakfast every morning. The vibrant art scene at the nearby Art Of Banksy was also a highlight of my trip!

Big size units in buddhism style, we truly enjoyed it. The location in night life was marvellous. We had early meal in Subway, based nearby.

Could Be Better, but Conveniently Located
Checked in for one night in a Beautiful Queen Suite. The room had basic amenities, lacking toiletries and decent curtains. The noisy AC made it hard to relax. The nearby restaurants were a plus!

Recommend it as we liked this hotel. This property is simple and clean with favourable location interested in night life and affable staff. The best thing is location - close enough to Miami, both downtown and most areas of interest. Overall HEALTHY food, plus there is Winewood close by.

The A/C was cold and cute upon arrival. The room was beautifully decorated with ample towels. Security felt tight with keypad entry systems. Location is perfect, just 15 minutes from major spots 🌟

Friendly staff, easy check in
The room 205 had the sat/cable box hanging from the tv. No number on room, was like the room was just renovated, but was missing a final tidy up of odd bits

Total scam!!!! posted $59 total came to $72 , also hold $250 in my bank for 5 days and on the top of that charge me $75 for smoking in the room!!!! I never smoke. Terrible staff, rooms were not even marked. dirt smudges all over the doors and tile. gross and sketchy place to stay. Would never recommend this hotel to ANYONE.
